RIGHT TO BENEFIT FROM SERVICES

Every individual who applies to our hospital; has the right to benefit from all services without discrimination of language, religion, race and sect.
Our patients have the right to be informed about the diagnosis and treatment opportunities offered by our hospital and how to access these services.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND CONSENT

Our patients have the right to receive full information about the proposed medical interventions and the potential risks or benefits of each intervention, the alternative medical intervention methods of the proposed interventions, the possible consequences of not accepting the treatment, and the course of the treatment in a language and method that they can understand through themselves or through their legal representatives.
Our patients have the right to look at their files at every stage of their diagnosis and treatment and to receive a written copy of all medical records if they submit their requests in writing.
Unless there is a medical necessity and the patient gives permission, information about the patient's private and family life cannot be obtained.
Our patients have the right to receive information about the correct assessment and treatment of pain.
Our patients and their families have the right to receive information on how to choose to donate organs and other tissues.
Our patients have the right to receive clear information about the hospital mission.

THE RIGHT TO RECOGNIZE / SELECT AND CHANGE PERSONNEL

Our patients have the right to know, choose and change the identities, duties and titles of doctors, nurses and other health personnel who provide health services to them.

THE RIGHT TO SELECT AND CHANGE HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION

Every individual who applies to our institution, regardless of their physical, intellectual and social characteristics, has the right to benefit from the available diagnosis, treatment and improvement opportunities at the highest level.
Our patients have the right to choose and change the health institution and organization, provided that the procedures and conditions stipulated by the legislation to which they are subject are complied with.

RIGHT TO REJECT AND STOP TREATMENT

The responsibility of the negative consequences that may arise belongs to the patient; The patient has the right to refuse or stop the medical intervention planned or being implemented, the treatment.
The consequences of not applying the treatment are explained to the patient / his / her legal representative / relatives by the physician and a written document is obtained showing that it is understood.

RIGHT TO PRIVACY (PRIVACY)

Our patients have the right to receive service in an environment suitable for privacy during medical treatment.
Our patients, including visitors, have the right to refuse to talk to or to see people who are not officially affiliated with our institution or who are not directly related to their treatment, although they have an official connection.
All information obtained during the diagnosis and treatment process given to our institution by the individuals who applied to our institution is kept confidential even after their death. This information of the patient is disclosed in accordance with the express consent of the patient or his/her heirs or a court decision.

RIGHT TO RESPECT

Our patients have the right to request to be in an environment that will provide sufficient visual and auditory confidentiality during the interview and examination phase with their physicians.
Our patients always have the right to be examined and treated in a respectful, compassionate and friendly environment by protecting their personal reputations.

THE RIGHT TO CONSULT

Our patient has the right to request a consultation by another specialist if he/she wishes and accepts the additional payment. The treatment recommended as a result of the consultation is applied by the personnel of the health institution where the patient is located, when the patient's physician is agreed and approved.

THE RIGHT TO BENEFIT FROM RELIGIOUS SERVICES

Our patients have the right to wear their unique clothes, use their duties and/or symbols related to their beliefs, and receive social and psychological support, provided that they do not cause disruptions in the institution's services, do not disturb others, and do not interfere in any way with the medical treatment carried out by the health personnel. RIGHT TO SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Every individual who applies to our hospital has the right to want to be safe within the institution. Relatives of patients, such as visitors and companions; Necessary measures have been taken by our hospital to protect and ensure the safety of life and property.
Appropriate protection measures have been taken in our hospital for children, disabled individuals and the elderly (unaccompanied, alone, in need of care).

THE RIGHT TO HAVE ACCOMPANYING AND VISITORS

Our patients have the right to accept visitors and have companions in accordance with the rules determined by our hospital.

RIGHT TO REPORT A COMPLAINT / OPINION AND SUGGESTION

Our patients and their relatives have the right to initiate, review, finalize and be informed of the outcome of the complaint mechanism in our hospital in case of violation of patient rights.

HEALTH INSTITUTION RULES AND PRACTICES

Our patients are subject to the hospital rules and practices to be applied to them.

2.Patient Responsibilities

GIVING INFORMATION

Our patients; medical background, information about their current complaints and personal information should be given completely and accurately.
Our patients should clearly express whether they understand correctly what is expected of them regarding the procedures to be performed.

FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS

Our patients; He is also obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by the doctor responsible for the treatment and to allow the relevant health personnel to fulfill the care plan in line with the doctor's instructions.

REJECTING PLANNED TREATMENT

Our patients are responsible for the consequences of refusing the treatment planned by the doctors.

FOLLOWING HEALTH ORGANIZATION RULES

Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and practices of our health institution.

RESPECT

Our patients are responsible for acting in accordance with the measures and rules to be taken by the hospital in cases of disturbing noise, excessive visitors and smoke, which disturb the patients and their relatives in the health institution.

INFECTION CONTROL

The patients and their relatives are responsible for being sensitive about all the measures recommended to them in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Our patients are responsible for paying the examination and treatment expenses. Patients and their relatives who intentionally damage the fixtures and consumables of the health institution have a responsibility to pay the damage.

PATIENT VISITOR

Within the framework of the rules determined by the health institution of our patients; It is responsible for accepting as few visitors as possible at the same time, not bringing food or drink, not using other patients' belongings, and complying with hospital visiting hours.
